BFP Fire Officer 1 Requirements Contract

On this day of ___________, 20__, this agreement is entered into between the Bureau of Fire Protection (hereinafter referred to as “BFP”) and the individual seeking to fulfill the requirements for the position of Fire Officer 1 (hereinafter referred to as the “Candidate”).

Clause Description
1. Eligibility The Candidate must meet the eligibility requirements set forth in the Republic Act No. 6975, otherwise known as the “Department of the Interior and Local Government Act of 1990,” and its implementing rules and regulations.
2. Training The Candidate shall undergo the necessary training programs as mandated by the BFP, including but not limited to the Basic Firefighting Training Course and the Civil Service Commission (CSC) Fire Officer Eligibility Examination.
3. Certification Upon successful completion of the required training programs and passing the CSC Fire Officer Eligibility Examination, the Candidate shall be issued a certification by the BFP as a qualified Fire Officer 1.
4. Termination If the Candidate fails to meet any of the requirements outlined in this contract, the BFP reserves the right to terminate this agreement and disqualify the Candidate from pursuing the Fire Officer 1 position.
